Merry Christmas Nigel, wasn't it a wonderful day? We started ours with a 7am surf, then breakfast and then a snooze before preparing a 5 course lunch/dinner!

Whereabouts in Napier do you live? Judging from the view, you must be up on Bluff Hill perhaps? Here's hoping you had a lovely Christmas day!

I think I hate you a bit!

Robb - Thanks Robb, seasons greetings to you & your family too

Alli - Five courses & surfing, eh? It was three courses & sleeping here!

Anon1 - Hospital Hill, so not too far from Bluff

Anon2 - That's just the bedroom! I have a bigger view of the Bay, Napier's cityscape (it looks grand at night!), the hills towards Te Mata Peak, & a chunk of the Ruahine Ranges! Hate away, or just come round for tea

Bron - Cheers Bron, it was a goodie!

Anon3 - Ha! Mostly I'm up then out of habit but I was actually getting ready to head down to Waipukurau to join the family for Christmas day

Pierre - I like your site! I like Paris too, I flew there from the US for a weekend with someone I was dating at the time - so grand!
